If you were to purchase a mobile home from us you would pay certain annual costs which we have detailed below. We do allow you to sub-let your mobile home should you wish to, however we do not offer a rental service only a change over and cleaning service. You may access your mobile home from the 15th March until the 10th November each year. After the 10th November we close all services to the mobile home for winter protection.
Our costs are as follows:
- Annual site rent - 1975€ includes electric, water, external cleaning of the mobile home at the start of the season, winterising at the close of season and VAT.
- Gas - Charged at the end of the season by the bottle per consumption. Price per bottle 28.00€
- Changeover/Cleaning - Charged at the end of the season 30€ per changeover. This also includes welcoming your guests and control of keys.

WE ARE DELIGHTED TO OUTLINE BELOW OUR PRICES FOR THE 2006 SUNROLLER RANGE. OUR TARIFF INCLUDES THE PURCHASE, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION TERRACE (WHERE NOT STANDARD WITH THE MODEL) OF 5M X 2.5M AND AN INVENTORY.
