If you were to purchase a mobile home from us you would pay the annual costs detailed below. We do allow you to sub-let your mobile home should you wish to, however we do not offer a rental service, only a change over and cleaning service. You may access your mobile home from the 15th March until the 10th November each year. After the 10th November we close all services to the mobile home for winter protection.
Price Information:
| Seasonal site rent: | 2350€ includes external cleaning of the leisure home at the start of the season,ie 1st April and VAT. Access is available from Easter or 1st April to 5th November. (Mobile Homes) |
| Annual site rent: | 2995€ includes, external cleaning of the leisure home at the start of the season, i.e 1st April and VAT. Access available all year round. (Mobile Homes) |
| Lodge site rent: | 4500€ per year includes external cleaning at the start of the season and VAT. Access available all year round. |
| Electric and water: | These are metered and will be charged at the end of the year. |
| Gas: | 13kg bottles for leisure homes, charged per bottle consumed at the end of the year. Lodges have metered Gas charged at the end of the year. |
| Cleaning: | Charged at the end of the year. Leisure homes are 70€ per changeover (optional) Lodges are 120€ per changeover |
| Sub-let charge: | 7€ per day per person charged to the incoming guest. Immediate family are not charged. |

We are delighted to outline our prices for the 2006 Sunroller Range. Our tariff includes the purchase, delivery, installation, the provision of a 5m X 2.5m terrace (when not standard with the model) and an inventory.
