If you are looking to purchase your own leisure home then there is no better time than now.
We are delighted to announce some fantastic special offers on our site fees which you may take advantage of during this coming year only, with three options available :-
- Purchase of a new mobile home NO site fees payable until April 2012
- Purchase of a new lodge NO site fees payable until January 2013
- Re-location of or purchase of a second hand unit 50% reduction in site fees for 2011. Relocation charges apply
Thereafter the subsequent fees will start as noted below:
| Seasonal site rent: | 2350€ includes external cleaning of the leisure home at the start of the season,ie 1st April and VAT. Access is available from Easter or 1st April to 5th November. (Mobile Homes) |
| Annual site rent: | 2995€ includes, external cleaning of the leisure home at the start of the season, i.e 1st April and VAT. Access available all year round. (Mobile Homes) |
| Lodge site rent: | 4500€ per year includes external cleaning at the start of the season and VAT. Access available all year round. |
| Electric and water: | These are metered and will be charged at the end of the year. |
| Gas: | 13kg bottles for leisure homes, charged per bottle consumed at the end of the year. Lodges have metered Gas charged at the end of the year. Lodges have metered Gas charged at the end of the year. |
| Cleaning: | Charged at the end of the year. Leisure homes are 70€ per changeover (optional). Lodges are 120€ per changeover. |
| Sub-let charge: | 7€ per day per person charged to the incoming guest. Immediate family are not charged. |
We do permit use of your leisure home for sub-letting, and cleaning your leisure home after use by your guests is an option. You may access your leisure home all year round for leisure use, however sub-letting is only permitted from the 1st April until the 30th September.
